For carpet flooring, worn loosely or secured with adhesive tape, this method is generally not suitable. Here you can clean with ready-made foam, which, however, must also be thoroughly sucked away.
Thorough cleaning is necessary from time to time, when the carpet is dirty over a larger area. When using this method, i.e. A lot of damage can be done by applying the liquid and spraying extraction. In any case, consult a specialist.
Shampooing and suction equipment can be rented. They should be used strictly according to the instructions for use, to avoid damage. First, the foam is applied and possibly rubbed onto the carpet with a cloth. After approx. After half an hour of exposure, the liquid is carefully sucked out.
After the carpet, if it is possible, you shouldn't walk, as long as it's wet.
