How to replace cork wallpaper with textile?

Room walls, plastered with mortar from the PII group, covered with cork wallpaper. It is planned to cover the walls with textile wallpaper. Please list the necessary steps

These steps are as follows:

1) removal of cork wallpaper by soaking, detachment and detachment;
2) repairing small damages to the plaster using putty on a hydraulic binder;
3) primer painting with a plaster priming agent;
4) sticking textile wallpaper on special glue in proportion 1:20.
